Shipping & Storage Policy

We offer next-day delivery to all U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, via FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders are shipped in our signature temperature-controlled packaging, designed to preserve product integrity for up to 48 hours during transit.

Order Cutoff Times

• Orders placed before 1 p.m. PST, Monday–Thursday, qualify for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
• Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Fee

All orders are shipped via complimentary overnight delivery to ensure peak freshness and a seamless luxury experience.

Delivery Requirements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. A valid daytime phone number is required to ensure seamless coordination with FedEx and the House of Khodagholian.

Storage & Shelf Life

All caviar is vacuum-sealed and should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator at 28–32°F (–2 to 0°C). When unopened and properly stored, it remains at peak quality for up to 60 days. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 24 to 48 hours for optimal taste and texture.
